City of Calgary
The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking quotations from qualified supplier(s) for the provision of various Sanitaire brand diffuser parts to support operations at its Wastewater Treatment Plants (WWTP). This procurement is intended to establish a long-term supply agreement with a vendor authorized to distribute Sanitaire products within the Calgary region. The objective of this RFQ is to secure a reliable source for like-for-like replacements and critical spare parts that ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure and support ongoing maintenance and lifecycle requirements. The successful respondent will demonstrate the ability to provide genuine Sanitaire components, meet delivery expectations, and maintain pricing transparency throughout the contract term.
