This is a solicitation for the building 9118 demolition requirement for Dyess AFB.

SITE VISIT: There will be an optional site visit for this requirement on April 14th, 2025 at 1:30PM (CST). To attend the site visit, you must RSVP by April 7th, 2025 at 10:00AM (CST). Dyess AFB is not an open base, and attendees must have a valid ID or contractor pass to access the base. Prime contractors who do not have the necessary identification to enter the base must arrange witht the contracting office to be sponsored on the base. Send requests for base access via email to 2LT Abigail Noe at abigail.noe.1@us.af.mil at least three (3) business days before requested access. It is your responsibility to confirm that someone will be available to vouch you onto the base. Subcontractors must request access through their prime contractor POC.
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS: questions are due to 2LT Noe by 16 April 2025 at 9:30AM CST.
This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. Please ensure you are registered as a small business under the assigned NAICS for this requirement. Any large business proposals will not be considered under this solicitation.
This solicitation is not authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the offeror associated with developing a proposal. The Government reserves the right not to award a contract in response to this solicitation. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance of this requirement, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established.
Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liabaility on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
