Solicitation Document Description: This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for preventative maintenance, inspection, and repair services for automatic accessibility doors as and when required at various City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services locations, as further described in Part 3 and the Contract (the “Deliverables”).
Specific Conditions for Procurement: Information Meetings
Optional Meeting
All Suppliers are encouraged to attend an optional meeting to familiarize themselves with the required Deliverables. The optional site meeting will take place at 10:00 AM local time on November 19, 2024 at 75 Vanley Crescent, Toronto. Site meetings will not be available at any other times.

Supplier to submit in SAP Ariba within three (3) working days prior to the site meeting, with the following information:
1.Name(s) of attendees
2.Contact information (telephone / e-mail address) of the personnel that will be attending the Optional Site Meeting.

Suppliers must bring and wear personal protective equipment, including hard hat, reflective clothing and safety boots during the optional site visits.

A record of questions and answers as deemed relevant from the site visits will be distributed in the form of an Addendum and posted on the City's online call document system. The City reserves the right not to answer questions at the site visits but will answer questions that arise at the site visits as part of an Addendum.
