| Solicitation Document Description: | This Request for Quotation (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the City of Toronto (the “City”) to prospective Suppliers to submit bids for Distribution and Retail Sale of Yellow Garbage Tags for the City of Toronto’s Solid Waste Management Services Division, as further described in Part 3 (Specifications and Requirements for Deliverables) and the Contract (the “Deliverables”). |
| Specific Conditions for Procurement: |
The Supplier must provide in its Bid, the documents set out in Part 4 – Form B – Mandatory Submission Requirements, which include the following documents. These documents shall contain the information set out below. Failure to provide the required information listed below shall render the Bid non-compliant.
.1 The Supplier must have a minimum of fifteen (15) retail stores within the city of Toronto to sell the Yellow Garbage Tags at as outlined under Part 3 Section 1.4.1.2. .2 The Supplier, along with all retail stores that sell the Yellow Garbage Tags must be open for business seven (7) days per week except for statutory holidays. .3 The City may require the Supplier to post identification and promotional materials about the Yellow Garbage Tags in each retail store location. .4 Complete and upload in Ariba project event the (Appendix A) Specify location of the main Distribution Centre, Specify the retailer’s GST registration number, and agree with the pricing acknowledgement. .5 Complete and upload in Ariba project event the (Appendix B) Supplier Retail Stores list. Refer to RFQ documents for more requirements. |
