CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES – MERIWETHER COUNTY COURTHOUSE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES – MERIWETHER COUNTY COURTHOUSE

The Meriwether County Board of Commissioners is seeking a Construction Manager for the Roofing, Exterior Improvements, and Third Floor Renovation of the Meriwether County Courthouse located at 100 Courthouse Square, Greenville, GA 30222. The Construction Manager will operate under a CM as Constructor (CM/GC) delivery method.

A mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on-site at the Courthouse at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025. Attendance is required for all firms submitting proposals.

Proposals will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, August 28, 2025. Proposals must be submitted in accordance with the Request for Proposals/Qualifications (RFP/Q) package. Proposals will be reviewed by the County. Following review of submissions, selected firms may be invited to participate in interviews as part of the evaluation process.

The estimated construction budget is $1.26 million. The project is funded locally.
