Summary

This project consists of hauling and disposing an initial amount of 700 cubic yards of used tires (with and without rims) from the City of Hialeah Streets Department maintenance yard to a Florida Department of Environmental Protection permitted waste tire processing facility or Miami Dade County Recycling Center. The tires to be hauled and disposed of as part of this project are tires collected by the city from the city's illegal dumping cleanup operations.
