THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NOR A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION.

The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to solicit and award a firm-fixed price, five-year indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for the procurement of the following item.
