MAINTENANCE AND PROTECTION OF TRAFFIC SERVICES FOR NBIS INSPECTIONS OF 5 PENNDOT DISTRICT 8-0 STATE-OWNED BRIDGES SUMMER AND FALL 2025 SAI 22023-2025.005

Project Description: You are invited to provide a bid to provide maintenance and protection of traffic services for the inspections of five (5) State-Owned Bridges in Lancaster, Lebanon, and York Counties, Pennsylvania. Bids shall be on a unit price basis.
The Work is anticipated to begin in July 2025 and end in November 2025. Weekend work will be avoided when possible but may be required.
SAI Consulting Engineers, Inc. will receive Bids electronically via the PennBid Program (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) until 11:00 a.m. prevailing time on June 24, 2025. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The Bid documents are available at no cost via the PennBid Program. The completed, signed bid forms and required attachments must be uploaded to the PennBid site in pdf file format. The total bid price for the contract must also be entered into PennBid. Questions pertaining to any discrepancies or ambiguities in the Bid documents shall be directed to: PennBid – Messages/Vendor Discussions.
The awarded bidder will be assessed a one time, capped fee of 1/3rd of 1% (.0033) for fixed fee contracts, plus sales tax, invoiced by PennBid post award. There is a minimum award fee of $150 and a maximum of $6,000.
