Project Description: Sealed Bids for the BETHEL TOWNSHIP’S FREDERICKSBURG LIONS PARK SPRINKLER SYSTEM located at 124 Lions Drive, Fredericksburg PA 17026.
Bid will be accepted online at PennBid until 12 PM (NOON), May 14, 2026 for:
“BETHEL TOWNSHIP’S FREDERICKSBURG LIONS PARK SPRINKLER SYSTEM” PROJECT
Project is generally described as: Provide labor, material, equipment and installation for K-Rain (or equal) Little League field sprinkler system as per plan. 9 zones, 45 GPM per zone at 80 psi. Optional Booster Pump – 45 GPM at 20 PSI boost as indicated in the bid documents.
A Project Manual containing specification, drawings and required documents are available through PennBID electronic bidding system at https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com
The successful bidder must supply to the Township within 20 days of the award of the contract a performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
Mack Engineering Inc. will open the bids electronically on May 14, 2026 at 4:00 PM at 3015 S. Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg, PA 17026. The unofficial results will be displayed publicly on PennBid at that time. The Bethel Township Board of Supervisors will award the project at its regularly scheduled monthly meeting held at the Township Building located at 3015 South Pine Grove Street, Fredericksburg PA 17026 on May 14, 2026, which begins at 7 PM.
Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to Bethel Township in an amount of 10% of the bid total.
The Township Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and/or All Bids.
The work in connection with this project falls under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.
