Pavement Management Program Update 2025

This request for proposals will be used by The City of Tulare (City) to select a consultant or consultant team that possesses expertise in pavement management to provide professional and technical services in developing and implementing a Pavement Management Program (PMP) update utilizing StreetSaver Software. The update shall assess pavement conditions of residential, collector and arterial roads for as well as additional pavement management program update services as requested including the development of a GIS street layer.
