THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL AS LEAD AGENCY FOR THE CHERRY HILL COOPERATIVE PRICING SYSTEM IDENTIFIER #37-CHCPS IS SOLICITING BIDS FOR: SOLID WASTE (AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS) COLLECTION FOR THE TOWNSHIP OF CHERRY HILL, CHERRY HILL BOARD OF EDUCATION AND CHERRY HILL FIRE DEPARTMENT
Bid proposals are solicited from solid waste collectors interested in providing solid waste collection and disposal services for a period of 5 years to commence on January 1, 2026 and ending on December 31, 2030, in accordance with the terms of these Bid Specifications and N.J.A.C. 7:26H-6 et seq.
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the Cherry Hill Township Town Hall, Room #206, 820 Mercer Street, Cherry Hill, NJ on September 19, 2025 at 10:00 A.M. It is highly recommended that all prospective bidders attend.
The cooperative members will be represented and secure questions from all prospective bidders. All questions and requests for clarifications will be documented and responses will be provided by way of a written addendum/clarification document. Bidders will be able to verbalize their questions at the pre-bid conference. Bidders must provide all verbalized questions in written form following the conference. All subsequent questions must be in written form and emailed to the Cherry Hill Township Purchasing Office at:

Notice of revisions or addenda to advertisements or bid documents relating to bids will, no later than seven (7) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, prior to the date for acceptance of bids, be published in the Courier Post and in The Star-Ledger. No questions will be accepted later than fourteen (14) days, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excepted, prior to the date of acceptance of bids.
