Invitation to Bid

Important: Work to begin and complete during the period of  June 11, 2025 through July 3, 2025

Required Demolition Scope:

1. Complete removal of existing ceramic tile in men’s and women’s bathroom’s
2. Complete removal of existing partitions in men’s and women’s bathroom’s
3. Removal and retain existing electrical devices
4. Removal and retain existing mirror’s
5. Removal and retain existing towel dispensers, soap dispensers, and toilet paper dispensers.

Required Installation Scope for both bathrooms:

1. Complete installation of floor tiles
2. Complete installation of wall tiles
3. Complete installation of double sink
4. Complete installation of bathroom partitions (partitions to be provided by owner)
5. Complete painting of door and trim

STANDARD WARRANTY ON ALL WORK:

1. Contractor shall issue a two-year warranty against defects in installed materials and workmanship.
2. No dollar limitation on any of the above warranties.

We have examined the specifications and agree to furnish the City of Ringgold one complete Ringgold Depot Bathroom Renovation package accordingly.  Any deviations from the specifications will be marked exception on the bid sheet.

• Wall Tile- Satori Talesso Steel 3-in x 12-in Glossy Ceramic Subway Wall Tile

• Wall Tile- Bullnose bottom trim or ceramic trim at floor transition and sink- same as wall tile.

• Partition- All material to be provided by the owner-Installation by contractor

• Sink-  Dual undermount sink with quartz counter top- Silestone-Eternal Statuario/Polished Quart
