Project Description: This project involves improving the existing Borough-Owned "Quarry" property at the intersection of North Race Street and East Factory Street. Improvements include but are not limited to, the demolition and removal of the existing site fence, curb foundation and ~65-CYof sediment, the reconstruction of an existing riprap apron, the installation of ~65-CY of riprap stabilization, 3000-SF of erosion control matting, 875-LF of new galvanized wire chain link fencing, a 15-ft-by15-ft observation deck and a sediment forebay.
