Frederick County, Maryland invites proposals from qualified vendors for providing Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning and Mechanical Maintenance Services . Please refer to RFP #26-200 when inquiring about this solicitation.
A Virtual Pre-Proposal Conference will be held on December 18, 2025, at 2:00 PM EST . Register with the buyer, Laura Schug, at LSchug@frederickcountymd.gov to receive the Microsoft Teams meeting link. Or you may dial in by phone at 1-667-217-6643, phone conference ID 542 306 796#
Due Date: January 13, 2026, by 3:00 PM EST. Proposals shall be submitted electronically through Open Gov.
