Aiken County Government is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for PSA Bio-Solids Tank Improvements. PSA recently obtained permits from SCDES to implement this project which consists of new submersible decant pump system, new coarse bubble diffuser system in two sludge day tanks, decant force main to primary clarifier splitter box, installation of new air supply piping & demolition and removal activities.
