The attached RFQ is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Submit written offers only, oral offers will not be accepted.
The purpose of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to obtain professional laundry service to clean shop rags and maintenance uniform items in support of multiple units at Hurlburt Field, Florida
Services include leasing, pickup/delivery, cleaning, repairing, replacement, and tracking of rags and uniforms. . The Government may increase or decrease the different types of rags, uniform items and level/method of cleaning on the BPA during the life of the agreement. The Government may in the future add additional cleaning for rags/uniform items that have been exposed to hazardous material. The Contractor shall ensure services are in compliance with local, state, federal laws and regulations. Additionally, the contractor shall comply with security and environmental requirements applicable to the state of Florida and Eglin Hurlburt Field.
The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, material, supervision, facilities, transportation, and other items and services necessary to provide and maintain rags/uniform items. The Contractor shall provide and maintain in accordance with (IAW) the rags/uniform types in Appendix A (Appx A), to designated drop locations in a clean and serviceable condition.
