Description

The Government is initiating a project to replace the existing asphalt parking lot with a new, low embodied carbon

concrete parking lot. The existing asphalt parking surface is deteriorating and has cracks throughout its surface. The

parking surface is well over 20 years old and needs to be replaced to keep the base materials from washing away.

The parking lot is used on a daily basis and GSA would like to make the lot secure by installing a perimeter

fence. The parking lot is approximately 45,0000 sf.
