Question: Could you please clarify if the portable HVAC units have to be on wheels or window units?
VA s Response: Window portable HVAC units are not acceptable. Portable HVAC units must be on caster-style wheels or trailer mounted with long ventilation duct for best flexibility. Caster-style wheel must be heavy duty, a minimum of 8 casters with locking features. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
