This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Description of Service: Initial Install/Setup of Portable Water Demineralizer in new Clean Room at Puget Sound Naval Shipyard – Bremerton and quarterly annual service, to include tank and filter delivery and exchange. Plus 2 Option Year for Recurring Quarterly Service. Portable Water Demineralizer System to comply with MIL-STD-1330E, Grade *B* or better.

• Qty 3 each 20 inch 1-Micron Cartridge Filter


• Qty 3 each 20 inch 5-Micron Filter


• Qty 1 each Indicator Light


• Qty 1 each Indicator Light Power Supply


• Applicable Systems Operations Manuals

Base Year Quarterly Tank Exchange Service, to include:

• Qty 2 each 3.6 cubic feet Activated Carbon tanks (exchanged approximately 6 months after initial delivery, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 4 tanks


• Qty 2 each 3.6 cubic feet Mixed Bed tanks (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 10 tanks


• Qty 1 each 20 inch 1-Micron Cartridge Filter (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 6 filters


• Qty 1 each 20 inch 5-Micron Filter (every three months, unless otherwise specified) Total Base Year Quantity = 6 filters


• Updated System Operation Manuals, if applicable.

Option Year Quarterly Services, to include:
