NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE to Action Target Inc

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE for MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF THE COMBAT ARMS TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE RANGE.

Market research was previously conducted, and it has been determined this is a sole source requirement. The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-(1)(b)(1)(i). This proposed purchase order will be a Sole Source acquisition under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 with a Small Business size standard of $12,500,000.00. The proposed source is Action Target Inc 3411 S. Mountain Vista Parkway Provo, Utah 84606.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, quotation, or exception to the intent to purchase on a sole source basis, which shall be considered by the Government if received within five (5) days of this notice. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
