The work includes, but is not limited to labor, supervision, tools, materials and equipment necessary to perform new construction, repair, alteration and related demolition of existing infrastructure based on DB or DBB projects (full plans and specifications) for infrastructure within the State of Hawaii and Wake Island. The maximum combined dollar value, including the base period of five years and one option period of three years, for all 11 contracts is $8,000,000,000. Work will be performed primarily within the NAVFAC Hawaii AO, and is expected to be completed by 11 June 2033.
