Requirements Description: The proposed action is to award a new 5-Year Long Term Contract for Wheel,Solid Rubber Tire. This item is a source controlled item (sole source) to LOC Performance Products LLC (CAGE Code: 08754).
The Government does not have the pertinent technical data including additional detailed drawings for this item or dimensions for its manufacturing necessary for competitive procurement. LOC Performance Products LLC is the only source that has the requisite technical and engineering expertise to perform all efforts required to provide Wheel,Solid Rubber Tire that meet design space requirements and Critical Item Product Function Specification.
