The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the scope of work herein described. Pursuant to bidding
policy, sealed proposals endorsed “Highway 52 Mulching Services– RFP26128” will be received until the
time listed above by the City/County Purchasing Department in Suite 324, City Hall Building, 101 North
Main Street, Winston-Salem, NC. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
