STATEMENT OF WORK





CGC MOBILE BAY OPFAC: 09-17503 LOCATION: Sturgeon Bay, WI



EQUIPMENT: APPLETON CRANE EB150-75-55S



COMPONENT AFFECTED: HYDRAULIC SWING DRIVE ASSEMBLIES



PARTS: AMD-3343 SWING DRIVE ASSEMBLY Qnty: 04

All work shall be conducted at cutters homeport in Sturgeon Bay, WI. Contractor must witness the operation of the crane. Once pre-operational test is complete, contractor must remove all 04 swing drive assemblies. Once swing drive assemblies are removed, they must properly and safely package all 4 swing drive assemblies for transport. Unit will assume control of the original swing drive assemblies. Contractor must then clean and prep the mounting surface for installation of replacement swing drive assemblies. Contractor shall then provide 04 replacement swing drive assemblies and install them. Once installation is complete, contractor must witness there are no leaks; ensure proper operation of the crane; and witness both static and dynamic weight test of the crane.



Unit personnel will be at the ready to operate the crane. Contractor will provide any shore side equipment needed for use to remove any parts of the crane. Contractor must provide all parts, consumables, and hydraulic fluid. Unit personnel, if available, will be able to assist. Contractor must understand that they are lead on this project and unit personnel are ONLY to assist.
