Lead Navigator Organizations are responsible for the delivery of outreach and in-person health insurance enrollment assistance within a specific geographic area. They oversee Navigators within the geographic area to ensure the requirements and objectives of the ACA Navigator program are met. They establish and oversee partnerships with community organizations to facilitate broad access to assistance. |
