Project Description: The USDA Child Nutrition Program requires school meal menus to offer fluid milk, fruit, vegetables, grains and protein for each meal. To comply with these requirements, the Buffalo Public School (BPS) district is seeking the daily delivery of bread products to all schools serviced by the BPS Child Nutrition Program throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
