This solicitation is for mobile telephone services. The U.S. Embassy is using 130 lines for official purposes. The Contractor shall provide complete mobile telephones services for the U.S. Embassy of Windhoek.
The Contractor shall provide mobile telephone services to the Embassy of the United States of America in Windhoek, Namibia. The prices shall include all labor, materials, insurance (see FAR 52.228-4 and 52.228-5), overhead, and profit. The Government will pay the Contractor on a monthly basis for Standard Services that have been satisfactorily performed. In the event that the number of Embassy cell phones increases, the Contractor shall provide service for additional phones at the same rate.
The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with two one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered.
The Government is planning a pre-quotation conference, the date for this conference is in the solicitation.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
This opportunity is subject to 52.229-12 - Tax on Certain Foreign Procurements (FEB 2021)
