Project Title: Interior Repair of Campground Bathroom Facility

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to complete the interior repairs and improvements to the campground bathroom facility. The intent of this project is to restore and improve the functionality, safety, and cleanliness of the facility to meet applicable public use, accessibility, and durability standards.
Floor Leveling, Epoxy Coating Replacement, Toilet Stall Partition Replacement, Fixture Replacement, Sinks (4 Units), Toilets (3 Units), Urinal (1 Unit)
Deliverables: The Contractor shall provide the following upon completion:
•        Fully leveled and resurfaced concrete flooring
•        New epoxy coatings on all specified floor and wall surfaces
•        Installed toilet stall partitions in accordance with specifications
•        4 new sinks, 3 toilets, and 1 urinal installed and operational
•        Site cleaned and free of debris

Period of Performance: 7/01/2025-9/30/2025

In accordance with FAR Subpart 36.204, the magnitude of this requirement is estimated:
Less than $35,000.

The solicitation, and specifications are expected to be posted on or about MAY 1st, 2025 (this is a target date which may slip or change; if the solicitation is not posted on SAM MAY 1st, 2025, that is because the solicitation is not available for posting). The solicitation will be available for a minimum of thirty (30) calendar days once posted.
This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Solicitation will include information on how to obtain the plans and specifications. All responsible sources may submit a proposal to be considered by the Agency posted to the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website at https://www.SAM.gov. The contracting office will not provide hardcopies or email copies of the solicitation.

All interested offers MUST have an active vendor record in SAM.gov, be a small business under the identified NAICS code and NOT have any exclusion such as a delinquent federal debt or debarment.
SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM): Federal Acquisition Regulations require that federal contractors register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at https://www.sam.gov and enter all mandatory information into the system. Award cannot be made until the contractor has registered. Interested offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered in SAM prior to submitting their quote. THESE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE COMPLETED BEFORE TIME of Award.
