The US ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS is seeking proposals design and construct a replacement guide wall extension cell at the W.D. Mayo Lock and Dam 14 which is part of the McClellan-Kerr Arkansas River Navigation System (MKARNS). The primary goal of this retrofit will be to eliminate the ability of moisture to collect and remain between the baseplate and the top of the concrete pedestal
