Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE):  The DVBE Participation Requirement for this solicitation has been waived, however the DVBE Incentive still applies. There is no minimum DVBE participation requirement for this solicitation.   DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 6% DVBE participation requirements.  Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IP.

Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
