Project Description: Access Control Card Reader System
Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church will receive sealed bids online via PennBid for installation of an Access Control Card Reader System at Notre Dame de Lourdes School until May 16, 2025 at 3:00 PM at which time they shall be opened online and publicly posted on PennBid’s website. All documents and solicitation details are available online for no cost at PennBid – https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com.
A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2:00 PM on May 2, 2025 at 990 Fairview Road, Swarthmore, PA 19081.
All Bidders must possess clearances as required by the state of Pennsylvania and the Archdiocese of Philadelphia to work in a school setting.
Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to accept the Bid, which is in the best interest of the School.
