LCFPA Command Center Tenant Upfit

Project Description: The Command Center and administrative offices of the Luzerne County Flood Protection Authority (LCFPA) is located at 1989 Wyoming Avenue, Forty Fort, Luzerne County, Pennsylvania 18704. The existing building contains 1,778 sf of vacant space that will be up fitted to accommodate the needs of the tenant, U. S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. This area includes a 126 sf office space that will be converted to a secure reception room. This room adjoins a 1,652 sf open space that will be converted to open office space, private office, interview/conference room, storage room, server room, and kitchenette area. The scope of work generally includes, but is not limited to, mobilization to the site, selective demolition, procurement of labor and materials to prepare the tenant space for occupancy in accordance with the drawings, specifications, and other exhibits, and de-mobilization.
