Project Description: The intent of this project is to hire a contractor to renovate the 3rd floor of the Law Enforcement Building to demolish and finish out an existing space while combining efficiency and sustainability. The successful contractor will phase the project to allow construction activities without interrupting the airport operation. Scope shall include but not limited to: Demolition, MEP modification, technology upgrade, security upgrade, interior drywall installation, electrical modification, furniture fixtures and equipment.
