Description

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) anticipates requiring construction services for an IDIQ Single Award NIH/RML Low Voltage Integrations Construction Services Contract. This contract is in direct support of the NIH/RML Campus, Hamilton, MT, which will support several functions, including RML's NIAID, ORF, NIH Police, and OCICB.



The contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, personnel, transportation and all other services necessary to support the Government owned systems. The contractor shall perform the work to meet any applicable codes and regulations, including requirements of the NIH. The Scope includes all necessary work not covered under the current “Maintenance Services” contract; such as upgrades, replacements, reconfigurations and new installations, and other related services needed by the Government on the specified and related systems.
