Description
The Arctic Aquatic Research Division of Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) has a requirement to establish one Standing Offer (SO) with one qualified contractor for laboratory and sample processing services including whole fish processing and stable isotopes analysis. The Standing Offer duration will be for five (5) Years starting from Standing Offer issuance until December 31, 2029.
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish one Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements (CLCAs).
This Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is subject to the following Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement(s):
Gwich'in Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement;
Inuvialuit Final Agreement;
Sahtu Dene and Metis Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement; and
Tlicho Land Claims Agreement.
The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
The estimated contract period will be 61 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/20.
