Project Description Subject to conditions prescribed by the University of California, Los Angeles, sealed bids for a lump sum contract are invited for the following work:

This project includes replacing the existing rooftop mechanical unit as well as minor scope associated with the unit replacement. The associated scope includes:

• Temporary removal and re-installation of (E) sound attenuation baffle and associated steel framing.
• Replacement of (E) vision screen panels with (E) louver panels on (E) steel framing.
• Modification of (E) electrical components to accommodate new unit.
• Repairs to roof and wall finishes as needed.
• Cleaning of (E) ducts to remain throughout building.
