Project Description: The Lower Providence Township will receive sealed electronic public bids via the PennBid Program for the Renovations and Addition for the Administration and Police Building until Thursday, November 13, 2025 at 2:00 pm prevailing time, via PennBid ONLY, at which time bids will be opened. Results will be displayed publicly on PennBid shortly thereafter. No hard-copy or hand-delivered submissions will be accepted.

Addenda, if any, will be issued electronically via PennBid. Questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted via the “Public Q&A” section within PennBid.
A NON- MANDATORY pre-bid conference for ALL contracts will be held IN-PERSON, on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 11:00 am at 800 Adams Avenue, Audubon, Pennsylvania 19403. Attendance of all Prime Contract Bidders is NOT mandatory, but strongly encouraged. Prospective bidders are encouraged to obtain the bidding documents well in advance of the non-mandatory pre-bid meeting.
All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bank draft, payable to Lower Providence Township, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in the amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid, along with all required items as indicated in the Bid Documents checklist. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required from the lowest responsible bidders at a later date along with all other required documentation.
The Project Architect is MKSD Architects (1209 Hausman Road, Suite A, Allentown, PA 18104). The Project Construction Manager is Boyle Construction (3850 Sierra Circle, Suite 400, Center Valley, PA 18034).
This project is subject to the provisions of the PA Prevailing Wage Act.
Bid Documents will be viewable to the public via PennBid at 10:00 am., prevailing time, Monday, October 13, 2025.
The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder submitting a bid in conformity with the specifications. However, the Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
This project is financed by Lower Providence Township.
