Listing Information/Advertisement
The St. Johns River Water Management District (“District”) desires to procure a contractor to perform drum chop shrub dominated wetlands and one small site of scrubby flatwoods. The sites are primarily old agricultural fields that were all historically floodplain marshes and wet prairie. Most sites consist of deep organic soils that are saturated or flooded for portions of the year. Contractor will be responsible for supplying equipment suitable for operation in wet, low ground pressure conditions. Ground Conditions may become prohibitive in the ability to complete all available acreage. Target acreage will be 442 acres as outlined in the Statement of Work.
