RFP Emergency Assistance Grant Administration

Buncombe County has allocated $ 1,597,053.34 in Federal grant funding to provide financial relief for small businesses impacted by Hurricane Helene. Buncombe County has additionally allocated $ 1,597,053.34 in Federal grant funding to provide emergency assistance to individuals and households impacted by this natural disaster. In this RFP, Buncombe County seeks proposals from experienced organizations to administer the economic recovery grant to local small businesses and to administer the emergency assistance for individuals/households, including program outreach, application development and support, selection and award, and documentation in compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 . Applicants may apply to manage one or both of the programs.
