Description
PURPOSE: The Department of Homeland Security and Emergency Management (HSEM) requires an estimated sixty (60) OFS Acen chairs, or an approved equal, for their new facility conference rooms. The requested seating shall be required to be delivered on or before May 1, 2025, at the following address: 3925 Pheasant Ridge Drive NE, Blaine MN 55449.
Responders must consider when offering product under their response that the proposed product provides the option to flip-up the armchair rests, and the chairs nest to permit storage. In addition, the State is interested in seating that possesses a minimum warranty of 10 years.
CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $15,000.00 to $30,000.00. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount. It shall also be understood and accepted by the responder that any quantities shown in this solicitation are estimated quantities only and impose no obligation upon the State either minimum or maximum.
CONTRACT PERIOD: The term of this contract is anticipated to be from February 26, 2025, through March 1, 2026, with the option to extend up to an additional one (1) year in increments determined by the State.

***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted online through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.
NOTE: Responders who are registered only as Bidders must register as Suppliers before being awarded an event. If participating in this event, make sure your registration as a Supplier occurs prior to the notice of intent to award.
