SPECIAL NOTICE: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District (USACE) will be soliciting proposals for the construction of the Artificial Intelligence & Machine Research Center Capability (AIMR-2C) Addition located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. As part of the construction contract solicitation W912QR25R0004, the USACE intends to include the following sole source requirements:
Fire Alarm: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the fire alarm which shall be the Simplex 4100U system.
Access Control System: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the access control system which shall be the Lenel system.
Advanced Metering: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the advanced metering system which shall be the Schneider Power Monitoring Expert (PME) system.
Metering System Control: The contract solicitation will include a sole-source brand name requirement for equipment and material for the metering system control which shall be the Johnson Control.
*This is not a solicitation for competitive proposals; however, if any interested party believes that they can meet the above requirement, they may submit a capability statement to the point of contact listed in this Special Notice. All information furnished must be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow USACE to be able to determine if the interested party can perform the requirement described herein. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by the agency. The submission must be received no later than 1:00 PM ET on 07 January 2025 to Jacob.S.Pridemore@usace.army.mil.
