2025-173 On-Call Appraisal Services RFQ

The City of San Marcos is soliciting sealed Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) to be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 4, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, as outlined below:

Solicitation Number: RFQ 2025-173                             On-Call Appraisal Services

Specifications may be downloaded at www.sanmarcostx.gov/eprocurement .  Vendors must register to download information. All addenda, proposal tabulations, etc. can be downloaded at the above site.

SOQs must be received in the Office of the Purchasing Manager, Building 3, 630 E. Hopkins St., San Marcos, TX 78666, no later than October 30, 2025, 2:00 P.M., Local Time. SOQs will be publicly acknowledged via videoconference immediately thereafter. Video conference link is provided in solicitation documents.

Award is scheduled for January 20, 2026, City Council meeting at 5:00 p.m. or any subsequent time unless otherwise rescheduled.
