Guardrail Repairs - FEMA Disaster Recovery Projects 4879DR-TX

The Commissioners' Court of Kendall County is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors capable of performing guardrail repair work at various locations throughout Kendall County, Texas, in accordance with FEMA-approved project scopes of work.

The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete repairs as specified in the approved FEMA Project Worksheets.

Bidders should use lump sum pricing. Method of payment by the County will be check and a performance bond is required.

Bids will be electronically accepted on Kendall County's bid portal https://www.beaconbid.com/solicitations/kendall-county/open or bidders may submit a hard copy to Sharon Barter, Kendall County Purchasing Agent, at 201 E. San Antonio Ave, Ste #112, Boerne, Texas 78006 until 10:00 a.m. CST Friday, June 26, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time in the Kendall County Purchasing Office, 201 Е. San Antonio Ave, Ste. 112, Boerne, TX 78006, (830) 388-7440.

All late bids will be rejected. Kendall County reserves the right to reject any and or all bids. NO FAXED OR EMAILED BIDS will be accepted.
