Description:

The Town of Jackson seeks proposers interested in purchasing, removing from Town property, and relocating the historic Mercer Cabin to a new location from its current temporary storage location at Karns Meadow. The Town intends to enter into a contract with a qualified proposer for such purchase, removal, and relocation.

The applicant must have the experience and knowledge necessary to move a historic structure or must contract with a mover who does and must have the capacity to complete the project by June1, 2025, including milestones mutually agreed to within that deadline. The timeline will be mutually agreed upon and set via contract.
