  • Synopsis
    The Contractor shall provide software support/upgrades for the system.
    The Contractor shall provide hardware/instrument support for the system.
    The Contractor's staff shall provide the maintenance services as outlined herein. Subcontracting out services is not allowed.
    The Contractor shall provide original manufactured parts, if repairs are needed, and repaired by factory trained and certified engineers.
