Phase 1- Work includes but not limited to the streetscape improvements along E Main St and Retreat St. Improvements will consist of new parking areas, associated sidewalks, crosswalks, landscaping and all associated activities detailed in construction plans
Phase 2- Railroad underpass will be converted to a pedestrian passthrough. Plaza to be constructed. Project will include site demolition and plaza construction, storm drain, and upgraded lighting and landscaping
