Little Red Schoolhouse Addition

The Town of Breckenridge is soliciting Proposals for the Little Red Schoolhouse Addition for selection of a Construction Manager/ General Contractor firm. Proposal responses must be emailed and are limited to a maximum of 20 MB. Electronic submittals must be received in the e-mail box listed below. Submittals sent to any other e-mail box will NOT be forwarded or accepted. Please use the Delivery Receipt option to verify receipt of your email. Deadline to receive proposals is September 10, 2026, at 10:00am.

Proposers are cautioned to read the entire Request for Proposal and Attachment B , noting all particular submittal requirements, including both substance and format. Failure to provide all requested information in the manner required might be cause for rejection of proposal at the sole discretion of the Town.

Bidders are advised that the bids are subject to public disclosure under Colorado Law and will not be treated as confidential. All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
