Fulton County, Georgia (¿County¿) is seeking Proposals from qualified and experienced firms to provide Standby Professional Services for Facilities Related Planning, Design, Engineering, and Assessment ¿ Architectural and Engineering Services in support of DREAM. Basic Services shall include the provision of various professional services hereinafter stated that include civil, mechanical, electrical, architectural, geotechnical and structural engineering, contract administration, prequalification, bidding, and construction inspection services incidental thereto. Services also include preparation of engineering studies, modeling process and hydraulics, and assistance with regulatory requirements, citizen participation involvement, pre-design and pre-construction support and partnering.
