Purchasing Department Invitation to Bid RFQ # 26-38 Age Group Competitive Swim Team Association ¿ Annual Contract The intent of this invitation is to obtain proposals from experienced swim team organizations to provide full-service age group competitive swimming at the Henry County Aquatic Center. Proposals will be evaluated with the intention of selecting the most qualified and responsible organization. Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 PM local time on June 2, 2026. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids submitted by mail, common carrier or delivered in person will be received by Henry County, Purchasing Department, located at 140 Henry Parkway, McDonough, GA 30253. Electronic bids are to be submitted through the County's eProcurement Portal at (https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/henryga). Emailed or faxed bids will not be considered. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
