The City of Fayetteville, Georgia is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from experienced firms to provide retail and restaurant recruitment services in support of the City¿s economic development goals, including downtown revitalization and redevelopment within designated focus areas.
The selected firm will assist with market analysis, recruitment strategy development, and business attraction efforts focused on retail and restaurant users.
Proposal documents and submission instructions are available through the City¿s electronic procurement platform, Euna Procurement, and must be submitted electronically through this platform. The solicitation may be accessed at: https://fayetteville-ga.ionwave.net/Login.aspx .
Any changes to the solicitation will be issued in the form of written addenda and posted through the City¿s electronic procurement platform. It is the proposer¿s responsibility to review and acknowledge all addenda prior to submission.
